Control components are widely used in load braking of various industrial machinery and tension control of surrounding systems.

 

Precautions for installing magnetic particle clutch:

1. When the machine is sliding, a spark may ignite the rotating internal components. Please do not use it in a flammable and explosive environment with grease, and do not use it next to flammable materials such as cotton or cloth. , we must also pay attention to the problem of reduced sliding efficiency after separation.

 

2. Do not install the equipment in places with dust, high temperature, humidity, cold, wind and rain, or directly in places with vibration or impact, otherwise the equipment will be damaged, malfunction or have poor performance.

 

3. Please do not perform maintenance or touch work when the machine is rotating, otherwise it may cause electric shock or burns. When installing, disassembling or debugging, please cut off the power supply and ensure that the rotating parts have stopped.

 

4. The bolts should be locked tightly during assembly. It is best to use bolts with higher grades to prevent the bolts from breaking and hurting people. When locking the bolts, it is best to use screw glue, spring washers or similar workpieces to lock them; in addition, due to the clutch , the rotating parts and fixed parts of the brake rotate relative to each other, so the fasteners must be firmly assembled to ensure the safe operation of the machine.

 

5. Reliably connect circuits and machinery and properly insulate. The specifications of the wires connected to the load must meet the current carrying capacity requirements. If the wire carrying capacity is insufficient, the insulation layer on the wire will melt and lose its insulation effect. In this case It may cause leakage, short circuit or fire.
